2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Bloom and to every agreement concluded between Bloom and the customer through this online shop.

3. Offers and prices
Bloom sells digital products: e-books in PDF format. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer are not binding on Bloom.

4. Delivery
E-books are delivered digitally via a download link by email immediately after successful payment. No physical products are shipped and there are no shipping costs.

5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, the customer has a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, a statutory exception applies (article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code): at checkout the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately and thereby acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. As long as delivery has not yet started, the customer retains the full right of withdrawal.

6. Payment
Payment is made through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. The order is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed.

7. Intellectual property and right of use
All e-books and content are protected by copyright. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable right of use. E-books may not be resold, distributed, shared or made public.

8. Liability and disclaimer
Bloom's e-books contain informative and practical advice on motherhood, parenting and self-care. This content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or educational advice. If you have concerns about your own health or your child's, always consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

9. Complaints
You can report complaints at Bloomguides@outlook.com. We normally reply within 1 working day and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. As a consumer you can also submit a dispute through the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law
Dutch law applies exclusively to all offers and agreements.
