Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, for online purchases, you normally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. However, there is an exception for digital products.

Exception for Digital Content

Our e-books are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and are available immediately after payment. By completing your purchase:

• you expressly agree that the delivery begins immediately, and
• you declare that you waive your right of withdrawal.

This means that, legally speaking, a purchase of an e-book cannot be revoked once delivery has started.
