2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Bloom and to every agreement concluded between Bloom and the customer via this webshop.

3. The offer and prices

Bloom sells digital products: e-books in PDF format. All stated prices are in euros and include VAT. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Bloom.

4. Delivery

E-books are delivered digitally immediately after successful payment via a download link by e-mail. No physical products are shipped and there are no shipping costs. See also our page Shipping & delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content that is delivered immediately, a statutory exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to immediate delivery and thus waives the right of withdrawal. 6. Payment

Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered in the checkout. The order will be delivered as soon as payment is confirmed.

7. Intellectual property and right of use

All e-books and content are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable right of use. It is not permitted to resell, distribute, share or publish e-books.

8. Liability and disclaimer

Bloom's e-books contain informative and practical advice on motherhood, parenting, and self-care. This content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or pedagogical advice. Always consult a doctor or other authorized healthcare professional for (concerns about) health complaints of yourself or your child.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via business.aywork@gmail.com. We usually respond within 1 working day and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. As a consumer, you can also register a dispute via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Applicable law

All offers and agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
